Saudi Arabia abstains from freezing certain bank accounts

The New York Times daily said in its Tuesday's issue that Saudi Arabia has refused to comply to a US request to freeze bank accounts Washington suspects that they have links to certain terrorist groups.
News reports said that the paper quoted an American official as saying that Washington asked al-Riyadh to freeze bank accounts for names the Americans recognized as persons having relation with terrorist organization but did not hear any thing about freezing these accounts so far.
The paper also quoted a high ranking Saudi official as saying that the American demands to freezing credits suspected to have links to terrorism do not have evidences to this effect.
