Arafat's visit to Damascus linked to visiting Palestinian camps

The Paris -based al-Watan al-Arabi magazine stated in its recent issue that information attached to the possible visit of the chairman of the Palestinian authority Yasser Arafat to Syria, link between the date of this visit and Arafat's request to visit the Palestinian camps in Syria and Lebanon in a later phase. However, Syrian and Lebanese officials do not show enthusiasm for such a visit by Arafat to the camps at the current phase.
