Libyan official confers with Pakistani, Russian peers on conditions in Afghanistan

The secretary of the people's general committee for foreign relations and international co-operation in Libya Abdul Rahman Shalqam ( the foreign minister) has discussed with the Pakistani foreign minister Aziz Abdul Sattar and with the Russian foreign minister Igor Ivanov, in two separate calls he held on Sunday, the Afghani conditions and the current efforts concerning the Libyan initiative towards maintaining a peaceful solution to the conditions of besieged Afghani and Afghani fighters.
Abdul Sattar and Ivanov expressed their appreciation for the Libyan efforts aiming at saving blood-shed in Afghanistan and stressed the need of working with all sides concerned in order to achieve this target.
