New cases filed against Sharon in Brussels

The Belgian daily " Le Soire" said on Friday that new cases were filed against the Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon because he committed crimes against humanity and for the mass killing operations and war crimes.

The paper added that these cases also entitled the former Israeli prime minister Ehud Barak and the defense minister Benjamin Bin Aliazer, the Israeli army chief of staff Shaoul Mofaz, 7 Israeli army officers and 4 Israeli soldiers, noting that the persons who filed these cases are six fathers of Palestinian families who lost their children.

Detailed of the cases filed by the justice and peace committee which was established since three months in Belgium said that six children age between 11 - 15 year old were killed on their way to school between November 28, 2000 to September 7, 2001 by Israeli soldiers belong to the Israeli military position in Tarmit in Rafah to the south of Gaza.
