Moroccan technical assistance mission heads for Algeria

A Moroccan mission headed Wednesday for Algeria to extend technical assistance to flood-hit Maghreban country. The delegation includes experts in power and water.
Following the downpours that hit Algeria and that claimed more than 720 lives, Morocco sent emergency humanitarian aid to the Maghreban country consisting of 6.5 tons of medicine, 5,500 blankets and 200 tents with a total capacity of 1,200 places. Thirty civil rescue agents were put at the disposal of Algerian authorities.
