Thirty five Israeli violations of the Lebanese airspace in one week

An israeli force on Wednesday advanced in Rweisat al-Alam position in Shebaa farms towards Bawabat Hassan and Burket Bathaeil in the eastern hills of Kafer Shouba town and bombarded by heavy artillery the region and also fired before their withdrawal six phosphorous shells at the surrounding of Rweisat al-Alam.
Meantime, the Israeli soldiers positioned in al-Ramtha position opened their machine- gun fires at Bastara farm and the surrounding woods amid an intensive flying of two Israeli Apatchi helicopters over al-Arqob area and Kafer Shouba for more than half an hour before returning back towards the occupied Palestinian territories.
The UN stressed that the UNIFIL working in south Lebanon on Tuesday recorded a violation to the Lebanese airspace by an Israeli military plane.
A UN statement said that violating the line drawn by the UN, even just for one time is considered a negative development that should not be ignored.
The statement added that the personal envoy for the UN secretary general Stevan De Mistora repeated his appeal to the Israeli authorities to put and end to these Israeli air violations and to honor the line drawn by the UN.
Meanwhile the Lebanese national resistance said that the Israeli army violated the Lebanese sovereignty on November 13th through 19th for 35 times.
In a statement, the resistance said that the Israeli warplanes violated the Lebanese airspace for 33 times while the Israeli gun-boats violated twice the Lebanese regional waters.
The statement indicated that by these violations number of the Israeli violations in Lebanon since the pullout of the Israeli forces from the Lebanese territories in May 2000, some 3274 violations.
