Minister appropriates LE 3 million to refurbish tomb
Culture Minister Farouk Hosni, who is also chief of the Supreme Council of Antiquities (SCA), appropriated L.E. 3 million to refurbish the Ban-Hsi tomb at Ain Shams to be the first open museum of Pharaonic antiquities in Cairo after finishing a project to dismantle and re-install the tomb that was unearthed in 1987.
