Mubarak exchanges congratulations with Arab leaders

The Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on Friday exchanged congratulations with a number of Arab leaders on the occasion of the advent of the fasting month of Ramadan.
President Mubarak had telephone contacts with King Fahd Bin Abdel Aziz of Saudi Arabia and Libyan Revolution leader Col. Muammar Gaddafi.
He received telephone contacts from Saudi crown prince Abdullah Bin Abdel Aziz, Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of Bahrain Sheikh Hamad Bin Issa Al Khalifa.
President Mubarak received a telephone call from Syrian President Bashar Al Assad on Arab and international issues of mutual interest.
The Arab leaders congratulated the president and the people of Egypt on the occasion of the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
Moreover, Mubarak has received many other cables from Arab leaders wishing him and the Egyptian people the best on the same occasion.
Similar cables were sent to Mubarak from senior Egyptian officials and Arab ambassadors accredited to Egypt.
