King Mohammed congratulates Muslim world leaders over holy month advent

Morocco's King Mohammed VI sent messages of congratulations to the heads of state of the Muslim world on the occasion of the advent of the fasting and prayer month of Ramadan.
"It gives me great pleasure, as the Islamic Ummah is welcoming in faith and piety the holy month of Ramadan, the month of fasting and of the revelation of the Koran, to express to you my sincere congratulations and best wishes of good health, happiness and peace to you personally and of more progress and prosperity to your brotherly people, under your wise leadership," said the king in his messages.
"In this sacred month, the believers endeavor to materialize the genuine Islam that makes of the completion of good virtues, the very heart of Islam's message of tolerance, as our Prophet, peace be upon him, taught us," the messages read.
I am firmly convinced that the crises and the unbalance that our world is currently witnessing are likely to reinforce our attachment to the noble values of Islam, values of tolerance, solidarity, dialogue and peace, said King Mohammed VI, adding "Our Islamic world is called to consecrate these values in its relations with the others with a view to reflecting the genuine image of the nobleness if Islam's finalities and the grandeur of its message.
