Sudanese government increases oil price

The Sudanese government has decided to increase prices of fuels and oil by- products at 25% in order to fill the gap in the revenues of the country's state budget.
The Sudanese minister of finance Abdul Rahmi Hamdi told the Sudanese daily al-Rai al-Am in a statement issued on Friday that increasing fuel prices was a measure necessitated by conditions resulting form the reduction in world oil prices and its consequences on the budget in Sudan.
