Al-Meirghani returns back to Khartoum

The former chairman of the state council Ahmad al-Meirghani who is also the deputy chairman of the Democratic Federation party arrived back in Khartoum on Thursday after 12 years he spent in Cairo.
At Khartoum airport he was welcomed by the secretary general of the National Congress party Ibrahim Ahmad Omar, several cabinet ministers, and high ranking officials and the leaderships of the Democratic Federation party.
