EU ideas on the right peace do not mount to the level of an Initiative

Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa said that the EU launched no initiative for peace in the Middle East but there were European ideas on the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on providing security for all parties.
He told a new conference that those ideas have not yet been crystallized in the form of an initiative.
