Syrian- Jordanian trade exchange booming

Jordanian official economic sources said that Jordan's imports from Syria until the end of the third quarter of the current year increased to 32.7 million Jordanian dinars, while Jordan's exports to Syria reached a value of 17.3 million Dinars.
The same sources added that Jordan's exports to the Arab states constituted during the same period of time 37.5% of the total national exports estimated at 962.6 million dinars, while Jordanian imports from the Arab states reached 24.4% of the of its total import estimated at 2.541 billion dinars.
The same sources continued that the Iraq occupied the first position concerning Jordanian exports and then Saudi Arabia the second to be followed consequently by Lebanon, Kuwait and Syria. As for the imports, Iraq comes first and then Saudi Arabia, Syria, the United Arab Emirates, (UAE) Egypt, Lebanon, Kuwait and Sudan respectively.
