Al-Qaddafi, Nigerian counterpart discuss central Africa conditions

Libyan President Muammar al-Qaddafi on Wednesday in a telephone call discussed with Nigeria's counterpart conditions currently taking place in central Africa.
Discussions dealt with means of strengthening security and disability and supporting legitimacy in this African country which suffers a state of disorder and instability since several months.
