The paper also indicated that the British draft project includes other economic perspective.
Meantime, the Qatari daily al-Watan issued on Friday quoted well-informed western diplomatic sources in Damascus as saying that the British prime minister Tony Blair proposed to President al-Assad a joint American- European initiative to revive the peace process and the negotiations on the Syrian- Israeli track for reactivating the Syrian role in co-operating with Washington and London in order to fight terrorism.
