Cleopatra VII is the daughter of Ptolemy XII known as Ptolemy the Piper because he loved to play the flute.
Cleopatra was famous for her strong character, intelligence and resourcefulness.
She was born in Alexandria in 70 BC and before ended tragically when she committed suicide after her defeat at the hands of Octavius and her belief that her lover Mark Anthony had died.
