The London- based al-Hayat daily issued on October 31 said, according to well-informed sources that the Hizbullah party has refused an American proposal conveyed to it by mediation and states to normalize US relations with this party and then to lift its name from terrorist organizations list for its co-operation with Washington and its co-ordination with it in confrontation of several extremist organization, including Taliban in Afghanistan.
