Libyan official arrives in Tunisia

The secretary general of the Libyan people's committee Mubarak al-Shamekh arrived in Tunisia on Thursday in a visit which lasts for two days to take part in the bi-annual meeting for the two countries' joint higher committee.
A Libyan source in Tunisia said that the secretary general of the general people's committee for the economy and commerce Abdul Salaam Ahmad Jweir and the assistant for technical co-operation affairs at the people's committee for African unity Khaled Faraj are accompanying al-Shamekh in this visit.
In an arrival statement al-Shamekh said that the visit will avail following up the implementation of what was agreed upon by the two states during the six coming months.
