King Abdullah II in his first state visit to Britain

Sources at the Jordanian royal palace said that the Jordanian King Abdullah II will on November 6th starts a state visit to Britain that lasts for three days. This will be the King's first state visit to Britain since his investiture in February 1999.
On the other hand, high ranking Jordanian sources said that announcing the formation of the higher council for the press and the media will be on November 11.
The sources indicated that the council will include media and political figures of both the private and the public sector and this council will assume the tasks of the ministry of information which will be canceled as from the said day ( November 11), when the council will supervise the media politics and running media establishments in Jordan.
