Peres green-lighted an Israeli role against Hizbullah, Syrian forces

The Kuwaiti daily al-Seyasah has unveiled on Monday, quoting Parliamentary circles of Lebanese origin in the US congress as saying that the Israeli foreign minister Shimon Peres could during his recent visit to Washington get the American administration's green light to set the hand of the Israeli government free in behaving according to developments of conditions on the ground in south Lebanon against the Hizbullah and the Syrian forces stationed in the Lebanese territories and also against Palestinian organizations at the border of Syria and the Northern Bekaa.
The paper added, according to the same parliamentary circles that Peres returned back to Tel Aviv with a decision that both the Hizbullah party, the People's Front for The Liberation of Palestine, the People Front- General Command whose two leaderships stay in Damascus are dangerous and terrorist organization.
The circles also disclosed that the American ambassador in Beirut in order to convey an official warning to Lebanon, said that Washington can not so far guarantee Israel's guarantee to maintain self control in case that Hizbullah launches attacks against the Israeli army.
Meanwhile, the paper quoted unidentified sources as expressing fears that Bush's failure in his war against Taliban to implementing the second phase of his plan in attacking countries which host terrorism and expected Washington to send warning to Iran, Syria, Iraq and Lebanon with lists of names of terrorists that should be handed over with a grace period of few weeks, otherwise these countries will be exposed to military attacks.
The paper indicated, according to its own sources that countries of the NATO especially Turkey, Italy, Germany and France will convey such warnings.
