Belgium welcomes Mubarak's call for international conference on combating terrorism

Belgian Foreign Minister Louis Michel welcomed President Hosni Mubarak's call for an international conference against terrorism.
Michel also said Brussels' participation in the Euro-Mediterranean Forum falls within the context of the European Union's interest in the forum and the terrorism issues which will be reviewed during the forum Belgium is the current chairman of the EU.
