Yemen condemns Israel's practices in the Palestinian territories
Yemen-Palestine, Politics, 10/27/2001
Yemen has condemned "the brutal Israeli massacres and mass annihilation practiced by the Israeli occupation forces in the Palestinian territories especially the Beit Reima massacre in which 23 Palestinians were killed."
In statements to the press the Yemeni foreign minister Abu Baker al-Qurabi called on the international community and all peace loving forces to seriously and firmly interfere to force Israel to withdraw its forces from the Palestinian territories.
He stressed his country's position calling for sending UN forces to protect the Palestinian people from "the racist and violent attacks conducted by Israel."
Al-Qurabi explained that the state's terrorism conducted by Israel creates the atmospheres of terrorism and destabilizes the region and pushes back the international efforts calling for fighting terrorism.
