A ministerial reshuffle in Jordan, cancels the ministries of information, youths

The Jordanian King Abdullah II has asked the prime minister Ali Abu al-Ragheb to make a ministerial reshuffle that cancels the two ministries of the information and youths to be replaced by the higher council for the media and the youth care council.
In a message addressed to Abu al-Ragheb issued on Thursday evening, the Jordanian King explained that measures should be taken to found a higher council for the media in which to be represented activities of the civil society and specialized cadres to be an alternative for the ministry of information and that the Olympic committee to be the side responsible for sport and the youth care council to replace the ministry of youths.
The Jordanian King asked the prime minister Abu al-Rafheb to reconsider the ministerial team and the supreme departments at the ministries.
The King explained in his message that there is a program for social and economic transformation in the country according to an integrated plan and this program to be completed within three weeks. The King expressed confidence in the ability of the Jordanian prime minister Ali Abu al-Ragheb to provide this program a success adding that this program aims at improving the living conditions of citizens.
The Jordanian King also stressed his country's commitment to just peace which ensures stability and security in the region and returns back rights to its owners.
