The American jets on Monday continued their air raids at Taliban's position and bombarded on Monday defense lines and the Taliban's movement front to the north of Kabul for the third time, while sources at the Taliban's movement confirmed that it downed two American helicopters.
Upon flying over advanced positions for the Taliban movement to the north of Kabul, the US F16 planes dropped heavy bombs at advanced positions for Taliban to the north of Kabul and mistakenly many of these bombs were dropped at positions for the Northern Afghani opposition forces, just 70 KM from a team to foreign reporters and photographers.
However, Taliban sources stressed that 100 civilians were killed in the bombardment which destroyed Harat city hospital and other 18 persons during bombardment at Terin Kout city.
Taliban's ambassador in Islam Abaad Abdul Salaam Daeef said in his daily press conference that 1000 civilian Afghani were killed since the beginning of the American- British bombardment of Afghanistan.
Taliban also announced it has completed 60% of the operation of redistributing weapons and deploying its forces in Kabul to challenge the US Commandos, stressing that the American strikes have so far destroyed only 10% of the movement's power and fighting force.
On the other hand, Russian diplomatic sources said that the formation of a provisional Afghani government will start within two or three weeks and this government will be formed under the supervision of the countries members in the alliance and at the support of the former Afghani King Zaher al-Shah.
The official Russian sources said that the government will include representatives for all religious, ethnic and intellectuals and moderate elements in Taliban will be included in this government.
