New changes expected in Syria

The Kuwaiti daily al-Seyasah on Monday said in an analysis " A bank for experts " was established in Syria including names of almost 400 figures known for their expertise, honesty in Syria, noting that this bank is the first act in preparation for a nearby ministerial reshuffle to pave the way for this new leadership to lead the country.

The paper added that work of the old leadership will be only limited to monitoring, while leading, planning and execution will be the mission of the new leadership which will have vast authorities covering all walks of life like the economy, the media, and living security.

The Kuwaiti daily added that this change will be expanded to cover the foreign political policy and this to cover the appearance of new idioms in the political language. Adding that all these are planned for by President Bashar al-Assad and the coming winds of change will be refreshing for the Syrian people.
