American delegation visits Saudi Arabia

An American delegation source said on Friday that a delegation from the US treasury department will arrive in al-Riyadh this month ( October) to work with the Saudi authorities in chasing and freezing assets suspected to have links to Osama Bin Laden and al-Qayeda organization.
In a statement quoted by the Saudi daily al- Watan and issued on Friday, the source indicated that Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states asked the US to send the experts delegation to provide technical aids to this effect.
The paper indicated that the Saudi authorities started efforts in this regard following the meeting held recently between the Saudi foreign minister prince Saud al-Faisal and his American counterpart Colin Powell in Washington.
