Iranian foreign minister discusses with Afghani counterpart developments in Afghanistan

The Iranian foreign minister Kamal Kharazi on Friday in Tehran discussed with his Afghani counterpart Abdullah developments in Afghanistan and the view point of the opposition Afghani northern alliance towards the future of the country.
Kharazi expressed his country's concern over the killing of the Afghani civilians during the US and British military attacks. He stressed the importance of the role played by countries neighboring Afghanistan as well as the UN in supporting the demands of the Afghani people.
He also indicated the importance of the participation of all Afghani sects in the next government of Afghanistan, noting that imposing plans from the outside on Afghanistan does not solve the problems of this country and that the Afghani people have to maintain self determination.
