Morocco opens honorary consulate in Brazilian state

Morocco has opened a honorary consulate in the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina.
Morocco's ambassador in Brasilia, Abdelmalek Cherkaoui, installed Bassam George Necola Hanna as honorary consul in the Brazilian state, located in southern Brazil.
The ceremony was attended by the governor of Santa Catarina, Esperidiao Amin and the ambassadors of the United Arab Emirates, of Kuwait and of Palestine as well as economic operators based in Santa Catarina.
