Straw regrets the killing of Zeafi

The British foreign minister Jacques Straw has expressed his shock over the killing of the Israeli tourism minister Rah'bam Zeafi earlier in the day, yesterday, in one of the hotels of Jerusalem.
News reports quoted Straw as saying upon his arrival at Luxembourg to attend the meeting of the foreign ministers of the European Union that he contacted the Israeli foreign minister Shimon Peres to express the shock of the British government over what had happened.
Straw added that such incidents stress the need to have there talks between the Palestinians and the Israelis.
