UAE aids to Afghanistan

The first United Arab Emirates UAE air bridge plane left on Monday for Iran carrying 40 tons of food and medical stuffs and garments for the Afghani refugees stationed at the Iranian- Afghani borders.
It is expected, however, that during the three coming days three UAE planes carrying more than 200 tons of relief items and tents to head for Afghanistan.
Besides the air bridge aid by the UAE, preparations are underway to build a camp for Afghani refugees along the Pakistani- Afghani borders to shelter 40,000 Afghani refugees.
