Chinese ambassador denies his country to have warned Chinese to travel to the ME

The Chinese ambassador in Riyadh Wao Si Ka has denied news reports which banned the travel of many countries' citizens in the Middle East by its planes following the recent attacks at the US.

In a statement to the Saudi daily Okaz issued on Sunday, the ambassador said that these information and groundless, noting that he on Saturday telephoned the Chinese foreign ministry which denied these information to be correct. He added we daily release tens of entry visas to Saudis and Arabs who desire to travel to China adding that there are flights from Dubai, Kuwait, al-Manama with weekly take off, boarded by Saudis and Arabs and those Arabs were not prevented from using our planes.

Earlier AFP and Reuters said that China banned the passengers of 20 ME states of using its planes including the travelers from Saudi Arabia.
