Arab air transport union meets in Cairo over impact of september events

The executive committee of the Arab union of air transport will be meeting in Cairo Saturday to study effects on the sector of the attacks against the US and the air strikes on Afghanistan.
The committee will explore means to cooperate among Arab airlines to overcome the crisis and ensure more safety for their passengers.
The committee groups chairmen of national airlines of Lebanon, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Morocco and Jordan.
Chairman of Egyptair Fahim Rayan had said the air traffic of his company declined by 40 percent since the terror attacks.
