South Korean delegation in Morocco
Morocco-South Korea, Economics, 10/12/2001

A delegation from the International construction enterprises association of Korea (ICAK) is visiting Morocco October 11-18 to explore cooperation opportunities in the sectors of construction and infrastructure.

The delegation will meet officials from the ministerial departments of equipment, economy, finance, privatization and tourism, and youth and sports, a statement by the embassy of the Republic of Korea said. Meetings with construction enterprises are also on the schedule.

ICAK, set up in 1976, is the sole organization in Korea that represents enterprises operating abroad in all construction-related sectors. It helps its 284 members explore foreign markets, promote projects and negotiate deals.

It also seeks to promote cooperation between Korea and other countries in the construction industry.
