Egyptian Minister of Interior Habib Al-Adly underlined Egypt's condemnation of terrorism and that Egypt takes firm measures in face of terrorists.
Al-Adly added that this is represented in President Hosni Mubarak call many years ago for holding international conference under the UN umbrella to combat terrorism through setting up a firm international stance.
During a meeting held on Wednesday with members of the European Parliament delegation, Al-Adly pointed out that all security agencies abide by sovereignty of law, human rights and the community's morality in the light of democratic and constitutional bases.
The Minister of Interior reviewed the very latest international developments which require more advanced security strategies to face all organized and terrorist crimes.
Al Adly, meanwhile, hailed the European Parliament efforts in its capacity as a legislative organization that expresses the will and interests of its nations.
He stressed that cooperation between Egypt and European parliament countries couldn't have been successfully achieved without the effective security measures and efforts that took into consideration the economic, social and political dimensions and their reflections on the regional and international arenas.
