UAE President calls for end of Israeli terrorism

President of the United Arab Emirates UAE Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan al-Nahyan has stressed his country's rejection to terrorism in all its forms and its backing to international efforts to fight this phenomenon which had no links to Islam.

During his meeting on Tuesday evening at his residence in Geneva with the British prime minister Tony Blair, the UAE president called on the international community to withstanding terrorism and to work for exerting utmost efforts to suspend the Israeli terrorism in Palestine and the daily aggressions against the Palestinian people conducted on daily basis.

During the meeting the two sides exchanged view points on current developments and its implications on the region and at the international arena and in light the events taking place in Afghanistan as well as the critical conditions the Middle East peace process is facing.
