Sheikh Zayed confers with Blair

President of the United Arab Emirates UAE Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan al-Nahyan in Geneva on Wednesday met with the British prime minister Tony Blair. News reports said that the talks which were held in a session in Geneva dealt with the situation in Afghanistan and the American and British bombardment to this country.
Following this meeting Blair left for Muscat where maneuvers are taking place, in which 23 British troopers are taking part. On Thursday Blair will head for Egypt.
