With the participation of 19 countries, Israel's boycott office meets today in Damascus

With the participation of 19 Arab states and the presence of the assistant secretary general of the Arab League Saeed Kamal, the representative for the Arab League secretary- Ahmad Khazaa, the boycott's commissioner general, Salem al-Ojeili and Hawni, the commissioner general of the Islamic bureau, the representative of the general secretariat of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, the officers of the regional liaison offices on boycotting Israel start their meetings today at the Damascus al-Shaam hotel and will last for four days during which they will discuss several important issues which would help the revitalization of the boycott, including the Israeli companies which leak its commodities in the Arab markets by various means as well as the foreign companies which are run by the Israeli capital.
News reports said that the liaison officers will decided to hold two meetings for this office annually and will ask companies which are blacklisted to settle their conditions according to the boycott regulations.
Observers underline the importance of the meeting which coincides with the beginning of the second anniversary of the Palestinian Intifada and Syria and Egypt's celebrations of the 28th anniversary of the October war ( between the Arabs and Israel).
