The fate of the Franchophonis summit to be determined through Ghali contacts

The secretary general of the Franchophonic summit Butrous Ghali has started his contacts with the organization's member states to decide the fate of convening the Beirut's summit basically scheduled to be held on October 26 and 27, which means that official declaration of his consultation might be in the mid of next week.
French sources said that France is waiting the result of these consultations which Ghali will make.
France has, however, showed understanding for Lebanon's position which had good preparations for the summit. It also understands the consequences of such postponement on Lebanon.
