Egyptian antiquities in a Czech conference

Some 50 archeologists from various parts of the world took part in an international conference about the Egyptian antiquities carried out at Karl university in Prague to discuss means of maintaining certain antiquities in Saqqara area and to be acquainted with the Egyptian archaeological discoveries conducted by the Czech archaeological team in Egypt.
The conference's opening ceremony was attended by the president of Karl university, the Egyptian ambassador to Czech and the chairman of Abu Seir archeological area in Saqqara, al-Jeiza, in Egypt.
The interventions read during the conference centered on the ancient Egyptian history and the importance of modern discoveries carried out by the Czech archaeological team especially Yofo cemetery.
The Czech "Eminent " foundation has recently celebrated the release of the Czech version of al-Mouta ( the dead) book after it was translated from the Hieroglyphic old Egyptian language. The book searches in the second life after death and old Egyptian prayers and hymns.
Worthy mentioning that the Czech archaeological expedition started in 1996 drilling operations in the surrounding of the said cemetery lasted for two years before discovering " Yofo" Mummy. Studies on the cemetery will continued for four other years before it will open its doors before visitors.
