Israeli smugglers arrested in Bulgaria

The Bulgarian security forces on Thursday arrested six Israelis when they were trying to smuggle USD 173,400 illegally.
The Bulgarian dailies issued on Friday said that the arrest process was made in cooperation between the police and customs men during which three cars were held used by the Israeli smugglers during this operation.
The policemen confiscated a portable computer, invoices and documents. The police investigate the possibility that the Israelis had withdrawn this money as assets of other people through the computer. The Bulgarian police also does not rule out that this Israeli gang will be part of an international one for money laundry.
