The Belgian court postpones Sharon's trial

Belgian judicial sources said on Wednesday that the first session for trying Ariel Sharon was postponed until 22nd of November. The sources explained that Sharon appointed a personal lawyer for himself after appointing Michael Hearthch as a lawyer for Israel raised a controversy among the judicial sources because the case is addressed to a person ( Sharon) and not to a state.
On whether Sharon will be attending before the court, the sources ruled out that but stressed the trial will continue without his presence.
