Talks between chiefs of Beit Mal Al-Quds and Islamic Development Bank

Director general of the agency Beit Mal Al-Quds, Wajih Hassan Ali Kacem, who is Palestine's ambassador to Morocco, held talks recently in Jeddah with chairman of the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), Ahmed Mohamed Ali, on projects approved by the bank and that will be carried out in the holy city.
The projects, proposed by the agency, cover the sectors of health, housing, education and lodging rehabilitation, a statement by the Casablanca-based Beit Mal Al-Quds said.
The two sides discussed means of speeding up the carrying out of the projects to settle the inhabitants of the holy city and back their resistance and called on Islamic governments and public and private institutions to extend the necessary support to the holy city and its inhabitants.
