Three Palestinians were killed, 5 wounded in Israeli breaking in operations

Two Palestinians were killed on Sunday morning by the Israeli soldiers near Nablus.
The BBC said that the Israeli army opened fire at two cars which were carrying workers from Balatah camp, resulted in killing Hassan Abu al-Leil and Khalil Srafandi and wounding of other three.
The Palestinian police man Nidal al-Fakhouri ( 28 year old) was killed after he was shot to death by the Israeli forces at Bab al-Zaweyah in the downtown of Hebron, while an Israeli force broke into the trade market in Hebron and occupied two houses and converted them to a military point. Another Israeli force attacked Bani Naem village near Nablus and converted it into a military check point after expelling its owner and declared it as a military point.
Similarly, the Israeli occupation forces imposed curfew in Laqes and Baqet al-Khuder villages in Qalqilya, while thousands of Israeli policemen and soldiers in the surroundings of most of the Palestinians cities in the territories of 1948 especially in the Galilee and al-Karmel.
While Israeli settlers from Elfeh Menasheh and Tsoufim settlements burnt the farms of the Palestinians, an explosive went off in an Israeli military patrol near Qouseif village in Nablus and a second explosive went off on the road leading to an Israeli army camp in Sanour village in the West Bank.
Meantime, the Israeli mini cabinet for security affairs on Sunday decided to continue the implementation of the cease- fire decision according to the understanding reached during the meeting held last Wednesday between the Israeli foreign minister Shimon Peres and the chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat. The mini Israeli cabinet adopted the position taken by the Israeli security and foreign ministry circles on implementing measures so far agreed upon between Arafat and Peres and testing them for another 48 hours and then re-evaluate the conditions.
The Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon threatened the Palestinian Authority that if it will not fulfill its obligations, Israel will not find itself obliged to any understanding and will resume its military operations against the Palestinians.
The spokesman for Sharon, Raanan Geisen, threatened to give up the decision of ceasing fire if the Palestinian authority refuses to implement the Israeli demands on arresting wanted Palestinians. He said that Peres gave Arafat a list including 100 names of the Intifada activists including ten that they have to be arrested immediately.
Meanwhile, the Israeli defense minister Benjamin Bin Aleazer threatened that the Israeli army will once again return back to directly attacking the Palestinians unless the Palestinian authority committed to Arafat- Peres understanding, while the Israeli minister of tourism Rahba'am Zeifi said that Araft- Peres agreement's values is the paper it is written on and that the dream of the Palestinians to reach a cease-fire is imaginative. He called for intensive attacks by the settlers and the Israeli army against the Palestinians.
For his part, the chairman of the Palestinian authority Yasser Arafat stressed that there are Israeli military decisions to deliberate escalation and that these decisions come in the context of a plan the Israelis call ( Uranim ) " or hell' s plan."
To this effect the secretary of the Fatah movement Marwan al-Barghouthi stressed that the Intifada will continued until the Israeli occupation is eliminated.
He added in a statement to the BBC on Sunday that the " position of our Palestinian people is that all agreements signed with the Israeli side are of no value because the government of Sharon since signing the agreement between Arafat and Peres on cease- fire killed 53 Palestinians and wounded hundreds and bombarded and demolished hundreds of houses.
