Togo's president sends message to King Mohammed

Speaker of Togo's parliament, Ouatara Fambre on Wednesday handed Moroccan foreign affairs and cooperation minister, Mohamed Benaissa, a message to King Mohammed VI from President Gnassingbe Eyadema of Togo. The Togolese official told MAP news agency that this "very important" message is part of the consolidation of the bonds of solidarity and fraternity between the two countries.
Ouatara Fambre is attending in Rabat alongside some 50 speakers of parliaments, the second session of the inter-parliamentary Union of the member states of the Organization of Islamic Conference.
