US can use military establishments in Kuwait, minister says

The Kuwaiti foreign minister Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah has stressed that the US can actually use its ( Kuwait) military establishments in Kuwait in any revenge operation, following the attacks against New York and Washington.
News reports quoted al-Sabah as saying to the press on Monday that the US has not asked any thing else from Kuwait in its campaign against world terrorism.
