Egyptian daily warns against US striking Arab states

The Egyptian daily al-Ahram stressed in its Monday's issue on the need that the US not to strike in its " revenge " answer to countries in the Middle East especially Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Sudan, Yemen and Iran, as demanded by certain American officials or certain media in the USA.
The paper warned in its editorial against the danger of the US striking these countries, stressing that this will lead to very grave escalation in the Middle East region and to a confusion not only in the region but also to that might threaten the US interests at the world level as a whole.
The paper indicated that there is nothing that justifies such a revenge and there is nothing the said Arab states involved in the operation hatched recently against the US.
