Terror combat needs coalition not alliance

Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Maher said terror combat needs an international coalition not alliance. An international conference on terrorism should be held and reach resolutions binding all world countries .
In an interview with Voice of America (VOA), Maher said the USA is a country that's committed to law and international legitimacy. US should make sure about the perpetrators of the terror attacks on Washington and New York before further action is taken. We cooperate with USA in exchanging information, Maher added.
