Egypt, Germany to resume consultation on fighting terrorism

The German Chancellor Gerhard Shrouder has stated that President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt will arrive next Tuesday in Berlin to resume consultations between Egypt and Germany on cooperation in the area of fighting terrorism.
In a statement he released on Wednesday after he had presided over the special session of the federal parliamentary council, dedicated to discuss the recent attacks which targeted key infrastructures sites in Washington and New York, Shrouder added that the federal government will invest the current contacts with key regional forces to have them co-operate in the field fighting terrorism.
Shrouder stressed in his statement the importance of drawing a comprehensive plan to fight crisis and avoiding them based on political, economic, cultural and security cooperation and such a plan to be put as a ground for maintaining political and economic stability in the Middle East region and central Asia as well as uniting the efforts for reaching a just struggle in the Middle East.
