Ruler of Qatar to visit Washington by the beginning of October

The ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifah al-Thani will pay an official work visit to the US on October 2 through 5 during which he will discuss with the US President George Bush bilateral relations including the efforts aiming at deepening bilateral co-operation between the two countries as well as regional and international issues of mutual concern.
Worthy mentioning that the visit of the ruler of Qatar to Washington comes following the attacks made against the US on September 11.
