Algerian groups threaten to attack western interests
Algeria-USA, Politics, 9/18/2001
Prince of the " Predestination " ( al-Salafeyah) group in Algeria Hassan Hattab has threatened to attack the Western interests especially the US, in Algeria if they continue to harass the Islamic network spread in America, Britain and Belgium.
In a statement issued two days ago and circulated in Algiers on Monday, Hattab strongly called on these countries to halt their oppressive practices immediately because this will not be in its interest and its results will be very grave.
Hattab added in his statement that what happened in America is " a lesson" that should be learnt from and not to resort to revenge from those whom he described as innocent. He also warned the US repeatedly from targeting the Arabs and Muslims, according to a plan set by " the Jews and the non- believers."
